I generally really like the show. It tends to be a bit liberal for my tastes, but still presents opposing views for consideration. This episode did a less that good job at presenting an opposing view to embryonic stem cell research. For the record it is an old episode and now we know it is a loosing science. Yes, I am against it, but the irony is that while it was banned, and the Obama administration legalized it and even funded it with tax payer dollars, but all the promise still lies with adult stem cell research. Today there over 70 procedures using adult stem cells, and ZERO using embryonic stem cells. In this episode I think that the view presented was very liberal. I believe abortion is appalling. And to further desecrate the aborted by employing this procedure is still telling of a very unsound view of the value of life.I suppose that in a sense, if the show can arouse anger in me, it is thought provoking and has fulfilled it's function well.
