she's the perfect example of Politics for Profit. Her site begins a conservative web site- then jumps the wagon to liberal web logs... it's really like

"give people something to hate and they will love you for it"
i couldn't care less her political beliefs if they were beliefs, but that doodoo (thanks hulu censers) has been so prevalent lately, it's so obtuse and disingenuous.

thats just how comedy works. Alot of jokes and characters on SNL were from the performers work at the Groundlings, UCB, or Second City. See 12 other replies

Perhaps she did this joke at every show because it was HILARIOUS. I think the reason why you got two negative replies from two other people (in this thread and in the next thread) is because when you say, "I swear I've herd her do that surge joke at every show," it sounds like you have a low opinion of the joke and/or comedian because it has been repeated by by Michaela at more than one performance.
