CLEANLINESS: Take pride people!! It's disgusting. Would you eat at your own restaurant? Where is the health inspector for these restaurants. I'm surprised they pass surprise inspections! Maybe the reason they are in so much debt is because they have to pay off the health inspector to pass them. Clean!MARK: With some training he could be a great maître d', but not as good as Jean-Phillipe.THE COOK: On first arrival to the restaurant, I could not stand the cook. He was like, "whatever" to whatever he was being told. He didn't call to say he was going to be late. He was two hours late! You take someone somewhere before you go to work, you don't take them an hour away and then come and hour back. Or you call at least! I think this restaurant would be better without the cook. He's kind of disgusting also.WAITING 15 MINUTES: Oh poor babies! 15 minutes is nothing. When 25 hits, then you can say something. Most dinner tickets don't even come out for 20 minutes. Think about it when you go to a restaurant - you are not the only table there, there are tickets entered before yours, plus it has to be cooked!! In a restaurant, things are usually or should be made to order. Think about it!THE OWNER'S TONE: He sounds funny when you starts to yell at people. All I have to say. =)CHEF RAMSAY: Yes, most of the restaurants fail after Ramsay is there, but that's because they were already run into the ground before he got there. The changes he made, if made much earlier in the restaurants, would have made the restaurants stay in business a long time or forever. Ramsay is a genius when he makes changes. I love the remodeling and the idea of a simple menu that sounds delicious!
