The plot in this episode was decent, but I feel that the reactions of the captain were a little unrealistic. Any half-way intelligent person would see that no amount of persuasion was going to change the panel's decision. I had a hard time making it through this episode when the main character was so naive. Also, this naivety displays itself again at the end when the captain learns the truth. Why would he react like that? It's like he's not able to think before he acts.

It seems absurd that I had to create an account just to view this episode. I hope Hulu is protecting children from graphic violence and depictions of bigotry, misogyny, etc. as vigorously as they are protecting them from boobies.

Well now I know where they came up with the name for the creatures called the Unas in the Stargate television series, as well as where they got some of they prop guns for other alien races in the Stargate series.

The first 5 years aired on Showtime, and after it's 5 year run on Showtime, the Sci-Fi channel took over production. They edited out the nude scenes in several episodes, when they were re-broadcast on the Sci-Fi channel.

In season 1 the episode Caught in the Act has brief nudity, this episode, and the season 4 episode 23 has nudity, but I can't figure out the people that keep posting there should have been a warning, what do they think the message "The following program in mature in nature, and is intended for our mature audience. They even give the rating TV - MA which means the subject matter will have adult content which can mean adult language, sexual content, and nudity. See 11 other replies

Michael Dorn and Mario Van Peebles don't look anything a like, and Michael Dorn is also a lot taller at almost 6'3", Mario Van Peebles is only 5'10". See 1 other reply

I loved the episode. But a few things 1. I am female, and didn't mind the nudity, mostly because...well I have no idea, it just didn't bother me. 2. I think there SHOULD be a warning for brief nudity, just in case someone is uncomfortable with it. But other than that the episode was great. But, really? I can understand being bothered by...say a completely nude female. But, a pair of breasts? With people dressing like they are today? Sorry if I sound cynical, and you ARE titled to your opinion.
