A mad bomber is plaguing a college campus, and Ed Anser is an Army Bomb Diposal Unit specialist called in to deal with the threats; at the same time he's coping heavy-handedly with a strained friendship/subordinate situation in the workplace. For a story featuring explosions, this one didn't have a lot of oomph; watch the exciting scene in which Eve rinses paste pots. The culprits could be spotted almost from the get-go. Didn't feel like much effort was put into the story, and therefore it was difficult to care about the guest characters. The one moment I perked up a little is when Ed Asner and his buddy come close to re-enacting the Viggo Mortenson sauna fight from "Eastern Promises" in a Chinatown bath house. But that also came to naught; he doesn't even lose any back hair, much less blood. Nice bit of continuity in the beginning, when Ed refers to some characters from past episodes.
