In the Ironside episode from season 2: "Price Tag: Death" at about 6 minutes into the vid, one of the individuals in the background is one Orentheal James Simpson. The scene is located below the Golden Gate Bridge as Ironside is called in on a possible murder. A young Simpson is seen along with several others as Ironside questions an individual. Simpson did not speak at all during this brief appearance, and he is not listed in the final credits. But, make no mistake, it is him. Following his football career, and before that problem that he had in June of 1994, he did have a career as an actor. Perhaps, Simpson got his first acting gig through his appearnance in this particular episode.
