the picture was of him and his wife(his then girlfriend's roomate) goofing around(he was giving her a noogie). The person who took the picture and embedded a code in it was his current girlfriend Sarah who was the agent, Celedine. Angie held onto the pictures that her best friend/roomate had of her and her husband as mementos after Sarah died. Sarah was from Janus, which is why her file was there.
