I disagree.
This series is not trying to build evidence to create hard cases. It's not CSI or the many spin off's of CSI that use the "just the science" of the case to bring it to trial. And why is it insufficient evidence for these women to pick out the men who raped them? Why not have a rapist brought to trail years after the fact and have him pay for his crimes? Rape can be a difficult thing to prove so why not have some men face justice in a fictional world that they would never face in reality. Perhaps it is a fantasy that people can be punished for the crimes that they commit specifically those that damage others on such a personal level; but isn't that why we watch these shows?
