I don't watch a lot of anime - well I do, but I can count the shows on 1 hand, this is hands down one of the funniest, as well as is packs enough action for those who need it. It's reminds me of Ranma 1/2 meets FLCL, with all the infatuation triangles and random style changes. They also have such a good english dub cast. That is usually the defining factor for anybody who will sit thru the billions of oversaturated market that is Manga and Anime.
BTW, do not watch Origin, it looks spectacular but is one of the biggest rippoffs ever. A wanna be Akira, wannabe Nausica, and wanna be Metropolis. And the voice acting isn't soooo bad, it's just the repetitive one liner the hero gets once he turns all X-Man< TiPA!!!!"
And this anime has some brilliant epilogue episodes, don't skip over them.
