That first episode was a killer to get through. There was a kind of acting for the camera vibe, like that shock of the camera being back on him, finally. That feeling disappeared in the second episode after the family gets warmed up to the cameras. That first interview he has concerning the catering job made me cringe for him. Coolio wasn't even prepared for his catering business yet and sums up the menu portion telling the gentleman that he can just throw things together. We will see if this is successful or not, if this show keeps enough interest and have more episodes available. And I think he has tourette syndrome, where "shakazulu" is his little tick. I can't think enough of how annoying it is.
