This is a pastiche collage derivative hack of great PKD Ideas,poorly executed in the worst transparent,stiff imitation of K. Reeves.A great premise,but cheap sets,bad writing,and poor acting make this an insult to the beautifully gritty atmospheric high-bar set by BR.

Good special effects and cool concept for a show, but mediocre writing and acting, and the lead character is a drip. And what was with the outlawed 12mm gun drama? It's the year 2070, androids are shooting at cops with lasers, but they bust his stones for using a 12mm handgun? lol LAME. I'll give it a few more episodes though.

I really wanted to like this. I really like PKD, and I think Blade Runner is one of the best movies of all time. So I thought that this would have potential. Unfortunately, the acting, particularly of the stars, is just plain bad. And the writing (the dialog in particular) is just awful. PKD writes about a lot of big ideas, so I would have hoped they'd have put this into the hands of writers and actors with at least an iota of competence. (It seems the language filter won't let me use PKD's name).

This is a good show- wish they had made more. Don't judge just on one episode or the few bad reviews here. The writing, filming, acting, all are good science fiction. Based broadly on the works of Philip K. D., not just the Total Recall movie, this science fiction noir is the most complete adaptation of his works to screen yet. If you give it a chance you may really Enjoy!

Great SciFi show with great atmosphere/ look. I used to watch it when it was on broadcast TV - really wish it had not been cancelled after only one season. I would have liked to see what they did with the whole android/AI development and Farve. Unfortunately interesting programming seems to get yanked of in favor of truly awfull reality TV like Big Brother or rather sophomoric shows. A shame everythings seems to have to ged dumbed down. Ah well... at least PBS still has good stuff.
