I think that Zac Efron is a great actor. Not just because he is cute but he can REALLY act. This movie was fun. Very charming. I love love loved Ted and the Principles relationship HILARIOUS!

-that was my first reaction to this trailer.
I must admit that I was pretty engaged by this preview. It reminds me of the movie back in the day, 13 going on 30. In other words, I thought 13 going on 30 was very cute. 17 Again, might also be "cutesy & fun-ish:" Impatiently waiting to see what Matthew Perry (or whatever the character's name is) would look like at 17 years old, I grew anxious, but more excited. Now....low and behold, Zac Efron aka teen rave aka corny actor aka humiliation to popular culture of the 21st century.....appears. I don't like him as an actor or maybe even a person. But heck, I don't know him as a person I mean. Maybe if he didn't come from HSM, this would be much better and his IQ would be assumed, let's say...much higher.
I am going to pull a Twilight and watch the 17 Again before I judge any of it, and indeed, this film will be gaining lots from Efron-crazed teenage girls' wallets, or purses, or clutches or whatever.3 stars for the trailer. and, we shall see for the movie later.

This movie looks awful on so many levels. The plot looks like a reversal remake of "Big" which could never be remade and looks stupid all around. How does Zac Efron continue to get work? He's tacky, hokey and talentless and the only reason people continue to like him is because they find him nice looking. Seriously, has the human race become that dull that no one cares about acting skills but more about looks?

but seriously. Gayfron is playing that classic story reinvented by George Burns? This is by far going to be the worst suck fest at the movies. I just love how they ambiguously throw his "hot" status all over the film. Such a horrible choice. They should've used Micheal Cera. Much funnier.
