Overdubs always color the original intent, for better or worse, and the authenticity of the creators' vision is often diluted.

My only complaint about dubs isssssssssssssss *drumroll* English VAs are far to "cartoon character" sounding /shrug See 4 other replies

i been wanting to watch this for a while, its actually quite good.
I wish it featured somthing more about the characters and plot.

haha i agree. subbed versions have more of an authentic feel, but sumtimes iam jus to lazy to read them.

And it does make me angry when people complain bout either dub/sub.This was originally in japanese!!!! certain phrases, expressions sound perfect in japanese but cant be completly translated into eng. they do there best. stop complaining and jus enjoy the dam thing XD See 4 other replies

Does anyone else think it's really annoying when people start complaining about English dubs?

People do need to realize that the composure of the anime in Japanese is as original as it gets next to the manga.

English dub just helps people who can't read. @_@

subs are much better, although some dubs aren't completely horrible but most are. half the time voice actors in dubs are totally miscast changing the characters personality(of course it doesn't help that they only cast voice actors from what seems like a handful of people, causing you to here mostly the same people in almost every dubbed anime). I do think Hulu should offer both as some people cant seem to grasp everything on screen and read at the same time, and others simply cant stand the bad voice acting in dubs. See 2 other replies
