I like both of these and another of my favorites is when the inspector is trying to interrupt Peter Cushing during his meal to ask him to examine a recently discovered body:

Inspector Mirov: Is it true you're a doctor?

Peter Cushing is always magnificent - unfortunate that he didn't have more to do.
Telly Savalas hammed it up to the max, making the most out of a bit part.
