It's obvious yoga isn't this woman's specialty...I could maybe stand her in an aerobics or step video, but she is so ungraceful that it's pretty painful to watch. In an attempt to achieve the "cardio" aspect of this workout, she moves through the poses quickly--and sloppily. In reality, it's holding the poses that really makes you sweat.
