I'm unable to pay for lessons for yoga myself, but I was looking for an exercise that could possibly help me to be more flexible, and I found this AND hulu. I loved the workout personally, only because I could feel the stretches I was doing, and as much as I wished the woman could have held them longer it kind of helped, because I can keep doing these and hopefully become a lot more flexible and graceful. I definitely reccommend this video for anyone who wants to be more flexible. I've been doing Kim kardashian's abs and upper body and lower body workout dvd videos, and those helped me to lose a ton of weight (i'm 116 pounds now) and I'm more energetic now AND flexible.
