I'm pretty sure she forgot to do the little circles the second time on the leg exercises... in fact the entire second side of those feel a bit rushed but if you just do this for a week you can memorize it and do it at your own pace making it harder or easier depending on time. Another bonus of memorizing is being free from that woman's vally-girl voice (sorry... it's cute, just not relaxing) -and more importantly, putting on your own music! Content-wise it is a really useful workout for toning. I hope things like exercise tv remain free on hulu. No one should have to buy into all that weight loss marketing b.s....
