Yoga and Pilates: AM Yoga

I love that I found a yoga exercise/stretch routine i can do first thing when I wake up. I've been looking for something like this to be able to do when I wake up, and now I can! I think she's a little sloppy showing the exercises, but I could careless. I just have to work on making myself less sloppy.

I usually just turn the volume down on the video and look up my own music to play while doing the video. :-]

I LOVE Megan Townsend's AM Yoga Workout!! Its a GREAT workout, she explains it really well and it is easy for a beginner to follow. It goes at a good pace so you get the most out of the stretches. I first found her ON Demand under Am Yoga, then panicked when they took her off. Sooo happy I can still workout with Megan online at Exercise TV thru Hulu. Thanks Megan for makin it a great day!! ;)

tried this out of curiosity because i needed help waking up and LOVED IT. it looks so easy and simple but it really gets your heartrate up. i plan to do this every morning

I work from a home office so I have started to do this workout in the mornings between working hours just to keep me going. It is a great wake-up call and takes less then ten minutes! Easy enough for anyone and doesn't break a sweat.

Good length, pleasant instructor, quality instruction. The only that could enhance this is a more relaxing ambiance to the background and music. High energy synthetic music isn't the best way to go. Other than that, it serves its purpose very well! Tx!
