remember this from back in the day when I was in like 3rd grade when it came out I think. nice inane ramblings that I really enjoyed then and did now too. it takes all kinds and this film is definitely all unto itself. thank god for diversity which without peope could not complain and add some meager morsel of meaning to their life

This movie reminded me of my youth, and the countless hours spent in coffeehouses. Good for some laughs. Neither compelling enough to keep you glued to the screen, nor demanding enough to require your full attention, you can watch this one while you're doing other stuff. As long as you can hear it, it doesn't matter if you step away from the picture now and then.

Because that's all it is. Nothing original or interesting about the conversations, varies between bored middle schooler philosophizing and anti-government anti-'the man' topics that haven't been renewed since the sixties.

the description says 'social outcasts and misfits'. I dont think so. these are normal people making normal observations, or rather 'unprogrammed' people thinking outside of the box. thank god more and more people dont conform to the system. i LOVED these perspectives and noticed there were strong parallels with the movie 'Waking Life'.
