I'm not a TV watcher, I only watch online, when I have time, what I feel like. I'm very picky too. This series was good enough to bring me to the last episode. The story was fun and interesting, the concept not entirely unbelievable and a lot of the science sound for those that know their stuff.... But then, in the last episode the audacity to take one of the more known phenomenons, a tsunami, and play it out with nearly an hour warning? This is not shifting DNA facts, this is shifting something that's fairly common knowledge. Recent articles have praised Japan for improving their systems to 90 second+ warnings... oh yeah, so now we can give you 45 minutes just so we can fill an episode. That one thing took a show that while wasn't great was at least scientifically interesting and usually not too far straying from truth or possibilitiy, straight to absurdity. Shame on the last episode. I still enjoyed the series.

woulda loved season two - the set-up was great. & i like that Nim better than most cute scary things i've seen constructed.
so much still to explore - & the dragon-y aspect was very appealing.
