deja vu again
Did anybody catch that the name of the Special Agent that Booth mentioned at the begining that had died was the name of the first FBI agent on the short-lived and prematurely killed Fox show Vanished?

disappointing
I just got turned on to Bones last season. I've watched all the episodes I could through Hulu. I even checked season 2 out of the Library when it wasn't posted here. But I can't help but say that I'm disappointed with this season. I don't know if they've got new writers or if the ones they have don't know which direction to take now that Zach is out of the picture. Booth is just plain goofy this season. Bones is over-the-top with her "I don't know the simplest thing about the real world" mentality. And believe me when I tell you I'm no prude, but the overzealous attempt at sexing up the show seems contrived and forced. It seems like they'll take any reason they can to force a conversation to turn towards sex. I know, I'm lousy at trying to make my point but I just don't like this season. And I agree with other writers that took the only inter-office relationship that seemed to work and broke it up. They worked so long to set up the relationship and then destroyed it on...what? I can't even express what a non-event that argument was. I love the psychiatrist in the crime solving part of the equation but ABSOLUTELY hate him in the therapy sessions. Why are they in therapy? Their partners, not spouses. And they seem to work well together. I just don't get it. Sorry to rant.
