OK .. I love Gordon, and that David dude was horrible... but, seriously? Atlantic Lobster is Canada's biggest seafood export. They exported almost a billion dollars worth in 2008. (Really. Look it up)
That's "Atlantic Lobster" ; also known as Northern Lobster ...or Maine Lobster (in North America). "Homarus americanus" if you are into the taxonomic nomenclature. (Please picture me saying that in a kindly, informative way , rather than the snide and icky way David said it.)I agree that if you are going to advertise "Maine Lobster" it better be from Maine, otherwise you are clearly a shady b****h, and totally misrepresenting yourself as someone who supports local (ok...local-er) agriculture...
