What I don't understand is why Light didn't have Mello killed after their first meeting...would have made this entire episode not happen.

I actually prefer this show dubbed, the voice actors are great.

Matt only got a little over 5 minutes in the anime and only 12 panels in the manga but still beats light over popularity polls. that says something. says alot. Matt ftw!! <3 See 1 other reply

Most people like subs better. I think it all just depends on what you start the series on. I couldn't imagine watching this dubbed now and I couldn't watch DBZ subbed.

I was all for Light, and I understand he wants to stay alive so he is going to do what he has to do, but he is killing every character I love. She was so innocent, so in love, so didn't deserve what happened to her. I am actually a little angry that this is the path it had to take. Well, we were introduced to a new character that looked cool, but was wasted 2 minutes after seeing him. Mellow is dead.. pretty much everyone is dead. This is show is going to run out of characters soon. Hot naked anima chicks, not that I'm into that kind of stuff, and just about every emotion in the book. This was a great episode.
