Six Pack Abs: Incredible Abs

Sometimes I do hundreds of sit-ups and don't get much of a workout. I am a serious non-professional athlete and have assimilated this into my training regime. If you follow Cindy's exercises closely you can isolate the very specific muscle groups that give you increased balance and reduce stress on your back, shoulders, neck etc. This is the best exercise video on hulu so far. First time I did it I was shocked at how difficult it was.

yeah this is my second time this week doing this vid. The 1st time I was real sore the next dday so I took a couple days off. This second time was a litlle easier....I always love being sore, means its wiorking! Gonna try veryday now, no mateer what!
