regarding the guy with diabetes: i have to say, his comments bother me. diabetes is *not* the worst disease one can have. the complications that are arising for him are easily avoided (though i do understand that they become more difficult to fend off the longer one has diabetes) and they are certainly not an excuse for him to do badly at work. take it from someone who is developing complications and working hard to keep them from getting any worse! absolutely not trying to express any bad feelings toward the man himself, here, by the way. just saying. diabetes is tough but it is not an excuse.other than that--this was a good episode! no disgusting kitchen: always a plus. and it's good to see ramsay with his "nice guy" face on sometimes (especially after having just gone through a bunch of hell's kitchen).   See 8 other replies
