I liked this show on the first season, skipped the entire second season, and watched the third. I was worried about the 4th season but has been pleasantly surprised by it's quality so far. My main issues however are small.
Mainly the fact that they could have easily gotten the phone thingy back from the maid by having Sara go to the bus stop again and tell the maid that she must have accidentally dropped the phone in her bag. The maid would have remembered finding the phone in her back and the next day she went to the house she would have picked it up again.
