You are taking this way out of proportion. One, you are letting your religious views cloud your judgement on this review. It is completely biased. You made an asumption that since he took the bible he recognized the divine. That may or may not be true. It does not say. Its not sending the message war is bad but neccesary.If anything it was about how bad war is. How it brings out the worst in men and nothing but pain. Soldiers are humane but they murder. Soldiers are humane in that everytime they kill they feel guilty for the death of the man and are haunted by the memory of the man/womans death. As far as accusing them of murder goes, is killing right no, is war right, no. but a soldier will kill a man to stay alive. This is self-defense. Do soldiers murder, yes they are known to kill surendered soldiers and sometimes innocents but you cant assume soldiers are murderers. My advice, before you write a review remember to keep your personal beleifs out of it and not make assumptions. Was the plot good, acting, decent, realism, not so much. If anything this movie is decent but a little underfunded. Try not to be so biased.
