I'll start by saying that there aren't many films that catch my attention as much as this one did. The acting, music, and story line(s) were each intriguing in their own right.However, I am finding myself wanting to give the viewers a fair warning. In the Description, it does state the the tales are "Twisted", They Are. The last one in particular (spoiler alert) shows a women being raped and puts a unique view on the way she deals with her trauma. It takes into consideration that there is such a thing as Stockholm Syndrome. And that there are women out there that put themselves in dangerous situations to try to cope with what has happened to them. To sum this up for all the viewers, ranters, and the people that cry foul. There are many unusual people out there with twisted points of view, and dark things in the back of their mind. This film just sheds a little light on the things we wish not to see, or hear.

Watch the News sometime and tell me I'm wrong.

I have never seen a movie quite like 'Burning Palms'... and i've seen alot. Comedy, drama, and absolutely twisted, it's an intense watch.. Someone else mentioned it was kind of like Tales From the Crypt and that's pretty right on target.

I must have a twisted mind, but I thought that the Gay story was kind of funny...Yes indeed it's a very twisted world...

A piece of information for people who are defending this movie--it is triggering for people who have been raped to watch even the suggestion of it on film. The whole story line was terrible and disrespectful, as was the depiction of gay dudes and boisterous racism. If i could post this without giving it a star i would.

a gay couple buys a seemingly mute African girl. next thing i know they have her in war paint, throwing a spear to kill a rodent (complete with african war cry) SO Offensive its ridiculous. Not to mention on of the childs fathers is the gay stereotype dragging the kid to sit in the car while he has rough sex with some trade but not before he does meth in the car. Of course he leaves the drugs in the car for the child to get a hold of. When she finally does talk what does she say? F*GGOT. Their solution to their issue ( I guess her punishment) was to take her to the woods and drop her off. Then they get a dog.DESPICABLE ON SO MANY LEvELS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
