I would like to clear up the confusion you are having.First of all, Japan in general likes to romanize important things, or to make things stand out. Oda officially romanized Sharley's name "Shyarly" as such in the manga above the entrance to her house/cafe (forgot which). So the anime justly did so as well, keeping Oda's romanization. But Oda wants her name pronounced "Sharley". So in order to not get confused with how you should think about her name to be pronounced Funimation also justly changed the spelling to "Sharley". The happens OFTEN when you use romanization. Even the One Piece Wikia spells her name differently "Shirley", which is a little more silly I find personally.So there you have it, it is just what happens when you try to convert names from japanese to English-characters (roman (latin -script)) through pronunciation.   See 1 other reply

Apparently summarizing the episode's plot in the title is more important than giving a vague title. But in this case they could have left it at "Sharley's Prophecy!" Oh well. I read the manga too so I don't care... :l   See 1 other reply
