Description	There are three women in the Langley household: Vivien (Karen Young), the mother, is caught between a fierce independence and an almost agoraphobic attachment to home; seductive and confident Mel (Portia Reiners) is a 19 year-old mirror of her mother; Maura (Mamie Gummer), 22, is alienated, afraid and unable to pinpoint her place in the world. They live together in a seemingly close household, yet each is very much alone. The family's status quo explodes when Jeff (Jonathan Groff of GLEE) walks into their comfortable yet dysfunctional world. Bright, handsome, ambitious and sure of his future at 22, he's also socially awkward and a sexual novice who's been infatuated with Mel since high school. Until then, utterly convinced of his own decency, a confused Jeff finds himself gripped by desire he barely understands, and acting in ways that cross the line of right and wrong. Manipulator and manipulated, seducer and seduced, accuser and accused, he is eventually turned into the common enemy leading to a confrontation that results in the beginning of the Langley family's painful, yet hopeful, reconcilation.

The only reason I kept watching is because he looks exactly like my husband..lucky me!
I didn't like the sex scenes because it was like watching him cheat *shivers* other than that the plot was bare. IT'S OKAY IF YOU ARE BORED.
I am shocked there is penis in the movie,yay penis! There should be equal penis to boob ratio in every movie its only fair.

from the key museum to the father who was a green bi sexual, to the mother was a fur dealer, the girls learning about life, and love for parents..especially when the girl was disappointed that her first time wasnt the way it was in romance novels so she thought she was raped..and that she didnt appreciate her mother saving her from the cops..the old ladies who are ironic...the story if filled with bitter sweet goodness...and many things to comprehend that is very human and relatable...

not true...the viewer missed the point of the movie....most of what was said tied into the movie poetically metaphorically and created a mood. the viewer lacks depth of understanding.
