I'm a huge fan of the show ... have been for 30+ years, but I am always fascinated by the very common TV device of using a prop for one episode and never seeing that prop again. In this case, had we ever seen the fish tank? Did we ever see it again? Televisions and pianos appear and disappear and more often than not people appear in one ep and are never heard from again ... TDVDS is far from the only show to do this and this is far from a criticism ... what are some of the other instances you can think of? A list would be fun.
