Based on a WWII-period conspiracy that resurfaced in recent times--interesting premise.

Easy to watch, not too bloody, lots of killings, a little flesh viewing. Some of the writing and acting, and timing, were a little disappointing--not much development for most characters, loose ends--but overall, the film moves along well. Even a touch of tense humor. You won't be bored--worth catching this series of movies.

You must watch Jack Higgins' Thunder Point movie first then this one. Windsor Protocol's plot follows what happens after Thunder Point. Ignore the dates when the movies were made, doesn't make sense...don't know what happen there.
I enjoyed this as much as the first. Really good storyline, full of action , intrigue and suspesnse. Highly recommend both.
