That patient who got caught smoking in his room. He should have removed from the list. 1,000's and 1,000's could have used that heart. Doogie should have told him when he smelled smoked he was off the list. Yes everyone needs a second chance at life. But when you are told to stop smoking you better do it. Same way for drinking also.
