I love how every "suspect" becomes an educated lawyer when they encounter the police. It is just to funny!

Every show/movie I try to watch on Hulu freezes up and please don't say it's my connection because I've tried on several different computers. Hulu is a waste of time.

I thought it was funny that he took off his shoes and THEN decided to run. What a goof.

The first guy, He just gave up his 4th amendment rights. Anything that cops finds will be considered his. Oh, snap he ran. That’s illegal. I think it is so funny that they run and then toss it and try to pull that “it wasn’t in my possession”. I think people need to understand that just because a cop asks you a question doesn’t mean you have to answer it. Hello, Miranda. If a cop starts asking questions, lawyer up. You might be booked, but I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. But hey, if these people want to confess everything, waiving their 5th amendment rights, there is nothing stopping them. But it does open the door to confess to a crime that you did not confess. It is the officer’s duty to enforce the law, not to be a judge. Now the second guy, I think that note she found in the pocket, that qualifies as plain view, it was a loosely exposed. I could see it. That finger print thing was cool. Too bad something like that would only work if your in the system. If I was a cop I would be learning Spanish. The last people, should have had the window cracked, just enough to hand the papers over. The officer is right, he does have probable cause to search, and when they search they can bust them for anything they find. It doesn’t matter what the original probable cause was.
