He did not use butter to saute the shallots! He did not use any white wine! He did not use broth, but flavorless water! The whole dish appeared too watery and nothing like a traditional risotto! My guess is he was a trained actor that did not know what he was doing.

never used green onions - and if that cat is judging hell's k's contestants - it took more than 25 minutes to finish 1 serving w/o his prep : WEAK and i'm not better but wtf - that's the cat on the line making a call? dare i say shame? - yes- shame
