Sun - Vitamins B, D, C, K, E, Zinc, Iron & Omega 3s (fish oil) - Exercise -
Now, lets factor in that when a person "juices" he/she cleans the walls of their intestines - thus, making for better nutrient absorbtion. Add nuts to your diet for your source of vitamin E/fats/oils.
Also, consider what may be the root cause of your depression. Is it just temperamental or do you just have a high intake of sweets, alcohol, caffeine, and/or experience lots of stress? Is it mild to moderate or is it severe?
I believe positive changes in habits such as diet, exercise, being social, laughing, and just searching for joys in life you can even alleviate the worst types of depression.
Juicing can be a mental detoxifier of life.
