Really great movie, Shoeless Joe Jackson should be in the Hall of Fame.It is really a travisty this happend to Joe as well as Bucky. WAY WORTH WATCHING!!!!Thanks again HULU ps. can you you put on some more great basball movies

Great!
I didn't think I would be too into this but clicked on it because I like John Sayles. It was a really well done movie with great dialogue and a very young, hott David Strathairn.

John Sayles Home Run....!
Great story of a slice of Americana.
Even if you are not into baseball, the clever direction by Sayles and the performances
of all actors (as an ensemble cast) keep you on edge anticipating of the resolution
of their crooked behavior (so up to date) and ultimately after a false happy ending,
reality hits hard, setting later in baseball history, the first??? irrevocable ruling by a new minted baseball commissioner. Skeletons in the closet for the Black Sox. Thank you, Hulu and John Sayles for this fine moment of pure cinematic entertainment.
