Charter schools paid for with vouchers or public schools, it is still all about control. Charter school paid for with vouchers must be approved by government. The purpose of public and charter schools is to brainwash students so they will grow up to be good obedient serfs that will never question the government and government officials.The purpose of government schools is indoctrination not education and in that they excel. Just like the North Koreans, American educated in public schools and incapleble of thinking for themselves because they have been brainwashed into believing in the government.Frankly, there should not be public schools. Education and the cost should be left up to the parents. Even if there are vouchers, the parents should be able to choose the school and/or type of education including home schooling. If there are vouchers of $10,000 per year per student than a parent with three home schooled children should be paid $30,000 yuearly.However, anyone that attended public schools will disagree with that because they will argue that some parents would take the money and not educate their children. That is true for a small percent of parents. However, a much higher percentage of children attending government schools are not educated. Nevertheless, even though a far higher percentage of children are not educated in public schools then would happen if parents accepted vbouchers for home schooling their children , people that attended publice schools will excuse the government schools and blame the lack of education on the parents or the children, or else because they believe the government meant well.

Any time a democratic society gives up the right to make their own laws and leave it in the hands of a few, the whole country suffers. School boards have almost 100% control over what happens in public schools. It should be a volunteer/elected position with minimal pay—period. But over the course of years, they have tied their pay proportionally to government funds in schools. So the more money the schools get from the government, the more money the administrators make—and their assistants, assistants. Sighting the film- when 137 jobs as security guard opened up the students needed to pass a written test. It’s a guard job!!! Who wants to be a targeted casualty count guarding someone else’s stuff? I'd fail the test on purpose!!Yes, some teachers are better than others but teaching is defined as ideas or principles taught by an authority. Students are not as stupid as our “test” say they are, they see school as another criminal enterprise, back up by laws favored to make the rich wealthy. So why should a student make criminals wealthy? Well, it seems that Jersey has found a way to flip-flop the money and make more off of "stupid students."
