There's two 10 minute segments, separated by a commercial break about every 5 minutes. The commercials are a bit annoying - sometimes Hulu allows you to take a survey or watch a longer commercial in the beginning to skip the commercials later. This should definitely always be an option for exercise videos.
Anyway, this workout is great. The instructor is energetic but not overly peppy. The fast sections are a bit quick but with practice, it gets easier. This workout is fairly low impact (some jumps - such as scissor jacks - but they can be modified to non-jumping). Definitely recommend this workout if you want to do some kick boxing but don't want to do the intense Taebo-type of kickboxing.
