One of the first movies to hit the TV screen circa 1950, an incredibly young Blake Edwards (yes that Blake Edwards) adorns this shlockmeister piece of PRC cheapness that sports a whole cast of players in every cheapo set piece from that grade Z studio. Just enough mythology, and an ex Mz USA La Planche, nobody except Charles (Ming the Merciless) Middleton can act their way out of a paper bag, but the original (!) music and decent editing (and short short duration) make it a natural for an hour's diversion.
Just crank up the brightness a bit, it's intentionally dark as a way of covering for cheap sets and bad double exposures to create the ghost like illusion--somewhat similar to all the noir of the period, and kick back with a box of Jujubees.
It aint NETFLIX quality, but nothing is, and you paid nothing for it here, even tho around for a zillion years there.
