There are a couple really good shots of great white sharks. Particularly when the camera is at the sea floor. Apart from that, the staged scenes are so bad, I had to write about them. In the end, we see a POV from inside the tube as a great white is eating bait overhead. Unfortunately, there was only a still camera inside the tube at the time. So, the "documentary" filmmaker pushes an incredibly fake looking shark puppet against the tube and intercuts it with the real footage shot by the camera men in a cage. When his air line is cut from the shark's thrashing, we get a cut into a shark puppet's mouth with the air hose inside - as if the shark intentionally bit the air hose! Seriously, this was made in 1995 and has a worse shark puppet than Jaws! I have nothing against re-enactments in documentaries when they are clearly labeled as such; but this was pretty shameful.
