I've watched quite a few of these episodes. I've worked in restaurants, mostly fine dining for 10 years now. Just because you've EATEN at a restaurant doesn't mean you can run one. Just because you've SEEN a kitchen doesn't mean you can cook.

ALL of these restaurants are failing/ will fail because the owners buy them thinking hey, what an easy buck. None of these owners have ever had any experience in restaurants before.

***DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY INTO A RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU HAVE WORKED IN ALL STATIONS INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AT SOME POINT IN YOUR LIFE!

This is the first "Kitchen Nightmares" that had me close to crying. I felt the staff was truly grateful for Chef Ramsey's visit. It is too bad that Lela's had to close.

OMG dude just needs to shut up!!!!!! Like Ramsay is an EXPERIENCED chef. he is trying to be where Ramsay!!! UGH!!!!!!! like the way he acts is very ignorant! (the old "executive chef")

Smoking ? I believe they both smoke. The simple answer is that Rick yes the black guy has a name doesn;t tatse the food more obviously. However the other guy is horrible at being a leader he just ahas a better pallet. Other than that he's rather useless. See 4 other replies

First of all, the owner should fire the chef. Maybe she's afraid he'll burn down the restaurant if she fires him. Ramsay called it, the guy is straight up ghetto!!! He also feels like the world owes him something, always has to fight everything!! What a loser. Needs to grow up. And the owner needs to wake up and fire these people!!!!

It pisses me off when stupid dum people with money waste it away by opening businesses that should do well but dont because of poor managment and bad choices
