I really liked this show but if I had known it would end abruptly with no closure I would not have watched it. Very disappointing. You are left asking who, what, why, how and when. Not cool!

Tolliver, “Damages” is the stuff, I love that show! And as for “24”, well it too is the ticket- HOLLA! Hmmm if not for the whole Freemason undertone of this show, I’d so not even give it a second of my time BUT I’m too much of a Free Mason Conspiracist to pass up on a nugget like this. I just love this show, and though it is WAY to predictable I find myself loving the details that DON’T revolve around the “who done it factor”. Hmmm perhaps this show was meant to go 23 or 24 episodes like MOST network shows. Often the first 12 or 13 are done first and then the remainder are filmed on the back end. Perhaps this story was just unfinished. I haven’t seen all the episodes yet BUT everybody seems to leave comments that indicate that this show never really finished up explaining the many mysterious sub plots…

This is not a bad series, done in the same format as 24 and Damages. The reason 24 and Damages are so successful is because their storyline comes to some type of conclusion at the end of the season. Enabling the creators to develop a fresh new storyline the next season. There may be some carryover, but in the more successful shows, but the season really is tied up at the end. Plots uncovered, armageddon stopped, Jack still hanging in there with a glint of hope. Vanished should have attemptetd to reach some type of conclusion at the end of season 1. The action sequences are mild, the mystery is some what dull and extremely slow moving, but the actors are decent. Nice switch with lead FBI agents, didn't miss a beat in the very, very slowly evolving story line. However, I agree that they really need to start tying some things together because the story line is becoming dull with no real revelations with each episode. This storyline could have been completed at a much faster pace in 12 episodes.
