I loved that Kelton was killed off. Story wise, that was super slick YET the way they hyped up his church scene last episode made it TOO obvious he was gonna die. They focused a little too much on the Jesus analogies and metaphors. I found myself thinking "Oh my... are they gonna kill him, OH that's why they showed that other never before seen agent". And then POW they killed him. Too predictable.
Still I love this show. And yes Kelton will be missed by me. I was happy to see that he did very well playing a non homosexual role. I was worried that he might have gotten type cast. Honestly I never really cared for his portrayal of the non heterosexual character he played on that "Queer As Folk" show... BUT was very pleased that he took the role nonetheless. “Gay for pay”, what a slogan. The world has so adapted to the need for diversity. I just don't think he does "gay" very well...
Wonder how his wife felt... never saw an interview about her. Hmmmm must be odd. Her husband played a non heterosexual role for years BUT only lasted a few months in this heterosexual one. Grin- he still rocks though! And so does his wife! And so does this show! Grin- I rock too...OH WE ALL ROCK!
Hmmm wonder if it was always intended for his character to die? Was that something he knew long before they started shooting the show OR was this a decision that was made because he as an actor had recently came from such a highly publicizes non heterosexual show. Hmmm or maybe he just wanted out. Any thoughts?
