this is a cute movie...a nice break from some of the garbage that's out there. Eddy, really cute kid, was a dead ringer for a young Robbie Benson...could be his son. An adventure that is sure to please many a young kid as well as adults; some laughs, some tears and how money isn't everything, but family is. I always love the old Indian, and the grandfather too, remembered him from Barney Miller.

This movie, like most videos here on Hulu had terrible sound. The only watchable programs / films here are the closed captioned ones and there are not enough of those.

Disappointing. I only watched this for Brian Thompson and Floyd "Red Crow" Westerman and neither were on screen very long. The marionettes were impressive looking. There must be as many members of the Doyon family as there are Osmonds. Definitely a family production but still disappointing as a film. See 1 other reply

A girl, having to struggle with moving to a new city she doesn't like and parents who are constantly fighting, deals with the situation by going on a treasure hunt. The adventure she has mirrors all the ups and downs her new life. Finding the treasure symbolizes the change she made in herself and her life while dealing with these issues. This is a good film that shows how something positive can come from any situation if you find some way to work through it.

It was ok... Kind of one of those cheesy teeny bopper movies that ended really stupid.
