I found these a year or two ago, but sadly I lost the cd I had them on. If I remember right even the copy I had, was a really bad copy of the missing episode.
But one thing I did remember was that in Episode 8 there was a sceen when they were eatting the "soup" on Venus, they cut to a one armed child, when they mentioned about "everyone contributes what they can". Watch that part again and listen to the wording.

Does seem strange
Seems odd to me also and seeing it was only 11 episodes for a military suicide to happen and it explains why Universal or NBC/Universal doesnt seem to have the guts to put this on a dvd box set or on Hulu also or they just plain cant find the episode. It is a good one though.
