"Well let's see, we have about a 10 minute clip showing the final shuttle launch. Literally a once-in-a-lifetime sort of event. The first 5 minutes are basically BS talking while waiting for the countdown to start up again. And the 1 or 2 minutes of the actual launch are the only bits people are really interested in seeing.""Where should we put our commercial break, in the boring ass 5 minutes of talking before the launch? No, too logical. How about the last minute and a half or so of additional boring ass 'follow up' talking? Again, no, wouldn't want to interrupt THAT!""I KNOW!! Let's interrupt the god dɑmn launch itself!!! OH YEAH! That's a great idea. We'll put a minute long commercial in, right in the effing middle of the only 2-3 interesting minutes of this entire clip! Phew, glad we got that sorted out."
