If Sky High slumps again then calling it a Pyrrhic Victory would be most apt. I was half expecting him learning the truth by the end, this episode came close to playing out like a classic Greek play.
My best guess is Sky High will continue on. Maybe feel forlorn over her disappearance but I doubt it will be one of those deals where someone falls apart over a person they barely know. The guy seems fundamentally positive.
One thing I am absolutely certain of is he'll never know the connection between the android and park-girl. He never knew her name and there isn't an obvious way enough information could reach him. The lone evocative ending scene in the park is probably the end of this character development, a character growing moment for Sky High as it were. See 8 other replies
