GMO, “this time Liberty” corn that is making both cattle and humans obese! They even admit it runs down the food chain. They admit they are fed (feed corn) not for humans only to fatten up the cattle way to long. Or make ethanol from it

Beware of the corn! Stop the corn!

I'm only a few minutes into it, but I'm cracking up at the part where they go to the FSA office and find out that they're going to get 28 dollars just for growing an acre of corn, then remark that they should have grown a thousand acres.That's great thinking, except that the cash rent on that land alone would be in excess of $200,000. Not to mention all the other input costs - seed corn isn't cheap, neither is fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide. They'd need to hire someone with millions of dollars of equipment to plant, fertilize, spray, harvest, and transport the corn to the elevator. If it were that simple, anybody could do it. Unfortunately for those that would like to try, it takes massive amounts of assets that have been building up over family generations of farmers; you can't just grow up in Boston and decide you want to be a farmer - unless you have millions (big plural) to begin with.
