There seem to be two things going on with Blue Rose. First, she realizes that she's falling in love with Koetsu, she's just rebelling against it. Even though they have more in common than either realizes, super stubborness for instance, he's not the knight in shining armor she's always fantasized about and he's "old.". The combination of strong and stubborn keeps them butting heads, the same as in the early stages of Koetsu and Barnaby's relationship. Second, their being together seems to enhance Tiger's powers--as long as she's focusing oh him. And I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens to her. By the same token, Koetsu really doesn't get it. He finds her attractive, but limits himself to being her friend because he can't imagine a woman that young and hot falling for him. Plus he still thinks of her as a kid--and you can bet that that is going to lead to a confrontation.. See 3 other replies

I know it's kind of a filler and not really supposed to mean anything, but I enjoy it so very much. Karina's attempts to deny her feelings are doomed to fail, I can feel it. XD
WHY ISN'T IT TOMORROW YET. I want the new episode NOW. ;_;

Bison may be insanely strong, but hes clumsy. They gain points by who does the arrest, meaning someone agile like Origami can sneak in at the very end and steal all the points. Tiger has a similar problem.

Ever since the episode where Tiger talked with her about her singing she has been developing feelings for him, it honestly was not sudden in my eyes. See 3 other replies

It's not uncommon for anime's to have filler episodes, that really have nothing to do with the main story line. An example being One Piece (but then no anime is like One Piece, so I guess I shouldn't be referring to it :P)

The Blue Rose thing can be explained by a concept called... Tsundere I believe? Usually its a female character who's in love but tends to not realize it herself. She acts hostile towards the person she is in love with, often saying and believe she hates that individual.

Origami Cyclone began to get more active in hero work after the episode at the academy. If you look, while his power is a passive ability, it can still be used in combat, such as disguising himself as one of the enemies, or as a different hero to provoke a certain response he can use to his advantage.

As for Rock Bison, Wild Tiger at the start was a veteran hero, but he was consistently ranked last place, even with all of his combat experience. Rock Bison may be falling into a funk. He could also have confidence issues, which can affect anyone and cause performance to drop. Any of a hundred different things could affect him mentally, and cause him to fail. Watch episode 15 and I think you'll understand what I mean about mental aspects affecting performance. See 3 other replies

My first thing is that when Tiger was doing better he was glowing the same color that Jake Martinez was glowing. I thought that was because Jake had 2 powers. Does this mean Tiger's powers are enhancing or he has 2 now? On the main page someone mentioned that maybe his strength is increasing at the cost of time. My thing though is his enhanced power turned off almost immediately after Blue Rose got her bag back. Maybe his enhanced powers are more connected to emotion? My other question on this point is that Miss Kriem also had glown the same color that Jake Martinez and now Tiger glow. Does this mean that she has some power she has yet to reveal? Now, to anyone else does this love idea seem forced? In the first few episodes Blue Rose thought Tiger was an idiot. She even kind of seemed to hate him and in one episode the way she acted made me think she might have a thing for Barnaby. I know this is 10 months later but to go from hating a guy you have worked with for months and likely at least 1 whole season before (the show started, based on points and popularity in the first episode) and still hate him to than being in love with him in just a few months more seems unlikely. The only thing I can think is that maybe they feel obligated to make her role bigger because she is popular or because Pepsi seemed to spend more money on her than any of the other companies, there is a Japanese Pepsi commercial with her in it. Also, Rock Bison's situation does not make sense to me. I know Tiger has moved up in the ranks and that would force him down, but why is he doing worse than Origami Cyclone? This is Origami's first full season trying to fight crime so he has no real experience doing it and his power is more passive, great for spying but not for combat. Rock Bison's power is helpful in combat and he has experience so why is he behind Origami? Does that situation not make sense to anyone else? Finally, would anyone tell me what the towel Tiger gives to Blue Rose says?
