I don't understand why that is though, all things considered they are just words, and even if you say something else you and everybody else around you know what you really mean you are just substituting it with something that is just an even bigger pain to say, another thing is that some of these words aren't even really words, they originated from acronyms from way back in the day, like the f word originally meant Fornicate Under Command of the King, another good example is the s word, it was originally a sailing term that stood for Ship High In Transit, thats where the term cursing like a sailor came from too, there is a lot of history behind those words that point out one thing, they are only bad because we make them out to be that way, and we only make them out to be that way because to many influential people have to much time on their hands.   See 10 other replies

do any of you even realize how the marketing ploy works on these shows, yes it costs money for hulu to post these movies and shows, but they make their money on the adds they show, the companies buy the slots for their advertisements to be shown, and some of the shows cost less to put on if hulu advertises their logo, thus generating an interest in the networks that are being advertised, because people will think that "if this network has this show that I really like, maybe they will have more that I like equally if not more", I agree with Vee, if you don't like the 30 second commercials posted roughly every 7 to 15 minutes then go buy the movie or go put up with the 3 minute block of commercials that are given every 10 minutes on t.v., I own the movie but I still watch it on hulu because it's convenient, there is a price you pay for that connivence, if you don't feel like doing any of the other options then do what i do during the commercials, open a new tab and do something else during that time, you can watch your movie and be productive at the same time.   See 3 other replies

You do realize that it costs Hulu to post a movie... that YOU can watch for free? They're doing us a favor. And if you think about it: there are WAY more commercials on t.v. If they really bother you... buy the movie?   See 3 other replies
